This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Cr'P'C', is filed by the petitioners/A1 and A3 seeking relaxation/modification of condition of "appearing before the Station House Officer, Rein Bazar, Hyderabad on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of every week between 10:00 AM and 5:00 P'M." imposed against them in the order, dated 07.06.2021, passed in Crl.M.P.No.1535 of 2027 by the learned XVI Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Rajendranagar.

Heard both sides. Perused the record.

The petitioners/A1 and A3 are being prosecuted for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 1208 and 201 r/w 34 of IPC. The condition imposed by the Court below which is sought to be relaxed is not stringent. Keeping in view the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioners/A1 and A3, the Court below rightly imposed the said condition and there is nothing to modify the same. The relief sought by the petitioners in this criminal petition cannot be granted' The criminal petition is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed. 4.
