Sri K. Venugopal Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.3, submits that nothing survives in the writ petition. That seems to be the reason why nobody is coming forward to work it out on merits. Hence, I am constrained to dismiss the writ petition for nonprosecution. Order accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
