THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE G, ANUPAMA CHAKRAVARTHY I CRIMINAL PETITION No. 1253 OF 2Ol7 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is fiied under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. by the petitioner-Accused No.1 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.369 of 2016 on the file of iearned Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Mahabubnagar 2.
The learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition3.
However, on instructions learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that, during the pendency of this criminal petition, the trial Court has disposed of the case on 25.O8.2022, acquitting the accused.

In view of the above, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
