Sri V.V.Anjaneyulu, learned counsel representing Sri C.Raghu, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this writ petition is filed challenging the suspension order and subsequently, final orders are passed after conducting departmental enquiry. Therefore the relief claimed in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
