THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CC.No.915 of 2017 ORDER :
Pursuant to the order dt.12.10.2016 in WP.No.35459 of 2016, the 1st respondent has passed orders on 10.08.2017 in File No.CDMAM2/ESST/CC/3/2017-M SEC-CDMA (copy of which is produced by the learned Government Pleader for Services), rejecting the petitioners' claim.

Therefore, granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the said order, the Contempt Case is closed, since there is no willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court. No costs. 3.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Contempt Case, shall stand closed.
