This petition is filed by the petitioners - Accused under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail to them in Crime No.53 of 2015 on the file of Penagaluru Police Station, Rajampet, YSR District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 342, 376(G), 506, 509 r/w 34 IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioners along with another took away the victim-girl, who is physically challenged and aged about 16 years, committed rape upon her.

The allegations made against the petitioners are serious in nature. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
