HCJ & AAR, J W.P. No. 17557 of 2019 Dt: 17-10-2019 Order: (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) This Habeas Corpus petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to produce the petitioner's husband, namely Kunchala Raju, before this Court.

By order dated 19-09-2019, this Court had clearly directed that, in case the learned counsel for the petitioner does not appear before this Court on the next date, this case shall be dismissed for non-prosecution. Neither on 29-08-2019, nor on 19-09-2019, nor today, the learned counsel for the petitioner has appeared before this Court.

Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, stand dismissed as infructuous.
