The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are trying to demolish the structures of the petitioner in survey No. 54 situated at Dammaiguda Village, Medchal District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Sri Chatla Madhu, learned standing counsel for GHMC, submits that the respondents will follow due process of law before taking any action. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to demolish the structures of the petitioner in survey No. 54 situated at Dammaiguda Village, Medchal District, without following due process of law.
