Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner alleges that her father and herself acquired lands totaling to an extent of Acs.12.38 guntas in various survey numbers mentioned in Paragraph No.1 of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, of Thalampadu Village of Khammam Rural Mandal, Khammam District. Father of the petitioner died in the year 2015 leaving the petitioner and his two sons as his legal heirs. Petitioner is also looking after the affairs of agricultural lands on behalf of her brothers, who settled in U.S. While so, the Tahsildar issued pattadar pass books and title deeds only to an extent of Ac.9.38 guntas, and not included the remaining land. In order to correct the extent of lands, petitioner submitted representations on 06.06.2016 & 26.06.2017 to the 3rd respondent to survey the land and also paid challan in E-Seva. Alleging inaction on the request of the petitioner to conduct survey of the subject lands, this Writ Petition is filed.

It is seen from the record that applications were made by the petitioner to the 3rd respondent by paying the requisite fee and receipt to that effect was also issued by E-seva. 4.

Since F-Line applications are already made, the Tahsildar is directed to examine the request of petitioner strictly in accordance with law and as per the guidelines of Commissioner, Survey Settlements and Land Records, Telangana. Such exercise shall be

completed and suitable reply be furnished to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
