Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in registering the FIR on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 14-04-2018, the present writ petition is filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, by producing written instructions dated 27.04.2018, would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, case in Crime No.237/2018 under Sections 498-A, 506 read with 34 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 was registered on the file of Station House Office, Nunna Police Station and the petitioner and the accused were sent to Chairman, Mandal Legal Services Committee, Vijayawada on 26.04.2018 for counseling.

In view of the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no orders need be passed in the writ petition and the same is accordingly closed.
