17.07.2025 JSR,J I.A.No.2 of 2025 This application is filed seeking relaxation of the condition No.2 imposed by this Court while granting bail in favour of the petitioners/accused Nos.3 to 5.

Heard Ms.Ayesha Humera, learned counsel, representing Mr.Raja Gopallavan Tayi, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 24.06.2025 in Crl.P.No.7277 of 2025, the petitioners complied with all the conditions imposed by this Court and they are appearing before the concerned S.H.O. and entire investigation has been completed except filing of charge sheet. Therefore, further appearance of the petitioners before the concerned S.H.O. is no more required. Hence prayed to relax the condition No.2 imposed by this Court while granting bail in favour of the petitioners/accused Nos.3 to 5.

Mr.Syed Yasar Mamoon, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has not opposed the same.

OFFI CE NOTE Taking into consideration the above said submissions, condition No.2 imposed by this Court while granting bail in favour of the petitioners/accused Nos.3 to 5 vide order dated 24.06.2025 in Crl.P.No.7277 of 2025 is hereby relaxed. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
