Learned Counsel for the petitioner reiterating the contents of the letter dated 31.07.2018 states that the respondents have assured to issue Environmental Clearance Certificate and, in the event of there being any refusal, it may be kept open for the petitioner to approach this Court.

Granting liberty as prayed for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
