CVNR, J & AVSS,J W.P.No.38854_16 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus to produce one Akki Murali Krishna, s/ o. Srinivasa Rao, before the Court. At the hearing, the learned counsel for both parties submitted that after filing of the writ petition, the alleged detenu was produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate at Eluru on 01.11.2016 and remanded to judicial custody.

In view of this subsequent event, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
