HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.15054 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction of the third respondent in taking the complaint dated 04.04.2017 and the reminder dated 13.04.2017 into consideration and registering case against the accused.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a complaint was lodged with regard to non-payment of the amount by one Munna pursuant to the order made for stitching the waist coats. It is also alleged that the said Munna and his son came to the shop and took away an amount of Rs.3,500/- forcibly stating that one of his sons is an Advocate and another son is working for CBCID, Lakdikapool, Hyderabad. He further submits that the petitioner was summoned to the Police Station of Rein Bazar and he was confined wrongfully alleging that he is a black magic Baba and threatened to kill him, if he fails to negotiate the fee charged for stitching the waist coats.

It is not known whether any action was taken by the third respondent pursuant to the said complaint. In the circumstances, it is open to the petitioner to approach the third respondent to ascertain whether any action was taken pursuant to the said complaint and, if no action was taken by the third respondent, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the Deputy Commissioner of Police, South Zone, Hyderabad, with a written representation and on receipt of such representation the Deputy Commissioner of Police, South Zone, Hyderabad, shall take necessary action in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
