This writ petition is filed for the following relief: ...... to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or orders or directions to declare the inaction of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in filing charge sheet in Cr.No.114 of 2015, dated 01.04.2015, of Bommuru Police Station, East Godavari District registered under Section 498-A IPC read with Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act as highly illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and also violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct respondent Nos.2 and 3 to file charge-sheet in Cr.No.114 of 2015 of Bommuru Police Station, East Godavari District by taking further course of action......" Learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submits that a charge-sheet was filed on 24.
10.2016 in the Court of VII Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Rajamahendravaram against the accused for the offences punishable under Section 498-A I.P.C. read with Section 34 I.P.C. and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961. In view of the above, no further orders are necessary to be passed in the present writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly closed.
