Learned counsel for the petitioner addressed a Letter dated 15-06-2022 to the Registry stating that the Writ Petition has been filed questioning the action on the part of the respondent No.2 in not receiving the documents submitted by the petitioners for registration and that there is an error in Writ Petition and the petitioners are at liberty to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition.

Today, when the matter has been called, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission from this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to file a Writ Petition. 3.

Permission is accorded and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file fresh Writ Petition. There shall be no order as to costs.
