Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed in support of the Criminal Petition, the High Cour;nay be pleased to release the petitioner/A1 on bail in Cr,No.415 of 2020 on/the file of Patancheru Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, with any condition or conditions otherwise;

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 27 -01-2020 in CRL.P. No, 5937 of 2020 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI NAR4S,IMHULU, K.B Advocate for the Petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, for the Kespondent, the Court made the following ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking relaxation of the conditions imposed in the order dated 27.11,2O2O passed in crl,P,No,5937 of 2O2o, wherein this Court while releasing the petitioner on anticipatory bail imposed a condition that he should report before the investigating officer everyday between 10.0O a.m. and O5.00 p.m. till filing of the charge sheet' The counsel for the petitioner mainly submits that the petitioner has been complying with the said condition from the date of his release, which fact is not disputed by the learned Public Prosecutor. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on petitioner to report before the investigating officer

// everyday between 1O.OO a,m. and O5.OO p.m. is hereby relaxed. However, petitioner shall report before the investigating officer, on every Saturday between lO,OO a,m. and O5.OO p.m. till the completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet.

Accordingly, the I.A. is ordered.
