Mr K.K.Waghray, after arguing the writ petition for sometime seeks liberty to work out the remedies before the Court having jurisdiction for all comprehensive reliefs and also liberty to withdraw the writ petition. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
