Crl.P.MP.No.30 of 2017 is filed under Section 320 (1) r/w Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking leave of this Court to compound the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406 & 420 IPC and Sections 4 & 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

2. Both the parties are present-in-person and they are identified by their respective counsel and the parties also produced photo copies of their Aadhar Cards in proof of identity. 3.

On enquiry, the petitioners stated that they are settled the matter and the wife and husband wanted to live together. 4.

As the settlement in the interest of both parties, the Crl.P.MP.No.30 of 2017 is allowed.

6. In view of the orders passed in Crl.P.MP.No.30 of 2017, the proceedings in C.C.No.474/2015 on the file of XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad are hereby quashed. Accordingly, Crl.P.No.37/2017 is allowed and miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
