ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "..... to issue writ or direction preferably a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not allowing the petitioner and other 36 tribal members of the Fishermen Cooperative Society, Cheruvumadaram Village, Nelakondapally

Mandal of Khammam District in the General body meeting held on 16.12.2011 is illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently, to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner and all other tribal members of the society to participate in the General body meetings as usual and allow them to conduct the fishing operations."

At the hearing, Sri M.V.Venu, learned counsel representing Sri Kowturu Vinaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

In the light of the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 28.12.2011, is vacated and WPMP.No.42838 of 2011 is dismissed as infructuous.
