This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the Order Dt.05.12.2012 in I.A.No.2861 of 2012 in O.S.No.216 of 2012 passed by the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, whereby the Court dismissed the petition filed under Order XXXVII Rule 3 read with Section 151 CPC to grant leave to the petitioner/ D.2 to defend the summary suit filed by the plaintiff. Aggrieved by the Order Dt.05.12.2012 in I.A.No.2861 of 2012 in O.S.No.216 of 2012, the present Revision Petition is filed. During pendency of the present revision, the suit itself was disposed of on 14.02.2013 by the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, as no stay was granted by this Court. Since the purpose as sought for by the petitioner is already served, there is no need to pass further orders in this Revision. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
