THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.15207 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for APSRTC.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue, in the present Writ Petition, is squarely covered by the order of this Court, in W.P.No.19018 of 2017, dated 14.06.2017. A copy of the said order is placed on record.

Following the above said order, and for the reasons recorded therein, there shall be the following similar order in this case also:

" Having regard to the submissions made by both the counsel, the second respondent is hereby directed to issue NOC in favour of the petitioner in respect of the bus bearing No.AP03 TC 7967 on his furnishing an undertaking in favour of the respondent-Corporation, to make good the Corporation from its claim of non-liability, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order".

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
