Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home for the State of Telangana. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of lands in Sy.Nos.16/U, 18/A1, 16/RU, 18/A2, 16/RUU, 18/A, 18/A4 admeasuring Ac.0.34 Gts., Ac.0.35 Gts., Ac.0.34 Gts., Ac.0.35 Gts., Ac.0.34 Gts., Ac.0.35 Gts., Ac.0.35 Gts., respectively, admeasuring Ac.6.00 Gts., situated at Peddarevalli Village, Balanagar Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct the police not to interfere with the agricultural activities of the petitioner.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the subject lands. 4.

Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the allegations made in the affidavit all are false and that the respondents are not interfering with the civil dispute.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the police not to interfere with the civil dispute, which are pending between the parties except in accordance with the procedure established by law and if they intend to take any action, the same shall be in accordance with law.
