HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 1555 OF 2015 ORDER:

On hearing learned counsel for petitioners at the admission stage, the following order is passed. Having regard to the fact that the investigation is said to be under way, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Therefore, investigation shall continue to its logical end. However, the Police of Pochampalli Police Station, Nallagonda District, are directed to strictly follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C during the course of investigation. The petitioners/A-1 to A-4 are directed to cooperate with the investigating agency.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
