HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.26465 of 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This petition is filed by father seeking production of his daughter Naysha Nikhil Kapre, who, according to the petitioner, is in illegal custody of respondent No.4. Respondent No.4 is mother of the child. She has already filed divorce petition before the Family Court and also petition for custody.

In view thereof, the relief as sought in the instant writ petition cannot be granted. It is open to the petitioner to file application for appropriate relief before the Family Court, if he so desires and advised.

With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
