When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner fairly conceded that the relief sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted in view of the decision in APSRTC V. Narsagoud1 mentioned at para-5 of the counter affidavit filed by the learned Standing Counsel for respondent-Corporation.

Recording the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
