CVNR, J & MSKJ, J W.P.No.43376 of 2016 Dt: 20.12.2016 Order : (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus for production of the alleged detenu- Mr.G.Mallikarjuna Yadav, S/o Kistaiah, R/o.H.No.6-200, Nehru Nagar, Gajula Ramaram Road, IDA, Jeedimetla, Hyderabad, before the Court and to set him at liberty.

At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (TS) submitted, and the same is not denied by Mr.Kummathi Venkatesulu, learned Counsel for the petitioner, that the alleged detenu was set free after filing of the Writ Petition.

In view of the above subsequent event, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
