This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the I Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the t petitioner/accused to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1058 of 2079 on the file of the XXI Metropolitan Magistrate at Medchal, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 498-4 of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard learned counsel for the respondent No.2-State and perused the record.

The case is of the year 2015. This Court by order dated 23.08.2079, directed personal notice to be served on respondent No.2. No memo is filed with proof of service of notice. In the said circumstances, this Court is not inclined to keep the Criminal Petition pending.
Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
