OFFICE NOTE 24.08.2023 KS,J I.A.No.1 of 2023 This Application is filed seeking relaxation of condition No. 2 imposed vide order dated 07.08.2023. While granting bail, this Court directed the petitioner to report before Station House Officer, C.I.D Police Station, Red Hills, Hyderabad every day from 10.08.2023 till 24.08.2023 at 10:00 am and thereafter, as and when required for the purpose of investigation.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the police have deliberately making the petitioner to sit in the Police Station, however, in due compliance of the order of this Court he appeared before the Police Station till today.

The Police shall not harass the petitioner under the garb of investigation.

Needless to say the petitioner shall appear as directed in the earlier order, as and when he is required.
