This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to transfer O.S.No.34 of 2006 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Gajuwaka, to any other competent Senior Civil Judge Court at Visakhapatnam.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under her including filing of fresh petition.

Permission as sought for is granted.

Accordingly, the transfer petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to her under law including filing of fresh petition, if she is so advised.
