THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.12223 OF 2015 Date:30.04.2015 Between:

S. Chandra Sekhar @ Dobhi Chandra Sekhar and others .. Petitioners And The State of Telangana, rep., by its Principal Secretary, Home Department, Secretariat, Hyderabad and others .. Respondents

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.12223 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard.

The petitioners allege that respondents 3 to 5 are interfering with the civil disputes between private party respondents and the petitioners. The instructions of the learned Government Pleader for Home, however, show that respondent No.6 filed a complaint, which is with respondent No.5, based on which Crime No.400 of 2015 was registered under Sections 447 and 427 I.P.C. on 04.04.2015 and thereafter investigation was conducted and charge sheet was also field before the VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajendranagar, on 28.04.2015. The cognisance of the said charge sheet is stated to be awaited. It is also specifically stated that except registration of the above criminal case and proceeding with the investigation of the same, there is no interference by the respondent Police with the civil disputes and the investigation of the said crime does not amount to civil dispute.

Since the respondent Police have already filed charge sheet, nothing further remains to be considered in this case.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ____________________________ VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR, J 30.04.2015 KH
