THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.1122 of 2015 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section Cr.P.C., petitioners/A2 to A6 seek for quashment of the proceedings in C.C.No.55 of 2014 of WPS, Kadapa.

A perusal of FIR shows a prima facie material against all the accused and as such it is not a fit case to order quashment of the proceedings. However, considering the fact that some of the petitioners are women, police of Kadapa WPS are directed not to arrest the petitioners/A2 to A6 during the course of investigation.

The petitioners shall cooperate with the Investigating Agency for smooth completion of investigation. This Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
