Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2.
In this Writ Petition, the petitioner's grievance is that 2nd respondent is not disposing the appeal No.A/1566/2010 filed by the petitioner under Section 5 (B) of the AP Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 even though more than 5 1⁄2 years have been elapsed since then.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 2nd respondent will dispose of the said appeal within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
