HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI Writ Petition No.12680 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.4 that in similar circumstances, this Court by order, dated 03.02.2017, allowed Writ Petition No.3813 of 2017 and remanded the matter for fresh consideration to the respondents. A copy of the said order is placed on record.

The operative portion of the said order reads as under: "For the aforesaid reasons, the Writ Petition is allowed setting aside the impugned order, dated 25.01.2017, and the matter is remanded to the respondents for fresh consideration in accordance with law. It is open for the petitioner to raise the ground of jurisdiction also before the respondents at the time of consideration of his explanation." Following the said order and for the reasons recorded therein, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of. As a sequel, the Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
