Heard.

In this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks extension of parole for two months. The petitioner is Convict No.6925. He was granted parole for thirty days and released on 02.04.2015 and he has to surrender after expiry of parole on 03.05.2015 before 12:00 noon. He made representation to respondent No.1 on 22.04.2015 requesting extension of parole on medical grounds for two more months and alleging inaction, the present Writ Petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader for Home has received instructions, which show that by Memo No.4813, dated 29.04.2015, the petitioner's request for extension of parole was rejected. It is also stated that the said order is already stated to be under communication to the petitioner. The petitioner is personally present in the Court and a copy of the said order is also served on him. In view of the same, since the request for extension of parole is rejected by respondent No.1, nothing further survives to be adjudicated in this Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
