THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION NO.16248 OF 2016 ORDER:

It is submitted by both learned counsel that the issue raised in the Writ Petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.39888 of 2015, dated 09.12.2015.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of following the decision of this Court in Writ Petition No.39888 of 2015 dated 09.12.2015 with a direction to 2nd respondent to consider for release of the seized vehicles. Since the petitioners have already submitted their respective applications to 2nd respondent, he is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders as per G.O.Ms.No.3, Industries and Commerce (Mines.I) Department, dated 08.01.2015 as amended by G.O.Ms.No.5, Industries & Commerce (Mines.I) Department, dated 19.02.2015 for release of the seized vehicles within a period of three days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
