THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.8171 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in not registering the F.I.R., in pursuance of the complaint of the petitioner, dated 02.03.2017.

Learned Government Pleader submits that a case is registered on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner and the matter is under investigation. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. It is needless to observe that the third respondent shall investigate the matter in accordance with law.
