This criminal revision case is filed under sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C., challenging the order dated 31.10.2016 passed in Domestic Violence Case No.11 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Special Mobile Court cum XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw the revision case with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission granted.

The criminal revision case is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case, shall stand closed.
