HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.18065 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that she has submitted application dated 06.05.2016, before the respondent authorities for mutation of her name in the revenue records basing on the registered sale deed. As no orders are passed, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that already the subject land is converted into house plots, hence, question of mutating the name of the petitioner does not arise.

Since the application filed by the petitioner for mutation of the name is stated to be pending before the respondent authorities, it is for them to dispose of the same.

In view of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
