THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9313 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/A1 and A2 and also the learned public prosecutor, representing the 1st respondent - State, before ordering notice to the 2nd respondent and perused the contents of the FIR and the grounds urged in the quash petition.

There shall be stay of arrest of the petitioners pending investigation. All defenses of the petitioners are left open. 3.

Accordingly and with the above direction, this criminal petition is disposed of, for nothing to interdict the investigation. However, it is made clear that the presence of the petitioners can be secured by police as and when required for purpose of investigation. The petitioners are directed not to interfere with the legitimate duties of the officials. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
