Heard Mr.Mahadeva holding for Ms.Y.Mahalakshmi, Mr.Arifullah and Mr.Subhanai for parties.

W.P. No.26344 of 2018 was disposed of by giving liberty to send details of panel for constitution as managing committee of the subject institution. In view of the disposal of connected writ petition, Mr.Mahadeva submits that the petitioner may also be given liberty to send panel for consideration and appointment as managing committee.

The learned counsel consented to disposing of the writ petition. Hence the writ petition is disposed of by this order: The petitioner is given liberty to send panel of members as managing committee for consideration by the Board. As directed in the earlier writ petition, the 2nd respondent takes a decision within two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
