Sri Chekuri Yadagiri, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition so as to enable his client to avail the remedies under the agreement, wherein arbitration is provided to the General Manager (Administration), Railways.

Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
