Sri I.V. Radhakrishna Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner, requests the Court to permit him to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail the statutory remedy of appeal.

The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting leave in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
