THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No.14671 of 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice K.C.Bhanu) This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed to issue Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's husband viz., Rebala Uday Shankar Reddy before this Court. .

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is stated by learned Advocate General (TG) appearing for the respondents that the alleged detenue was arrested and he was produced before the Magistrate concerned.

4. Since there is no illegal detention, the question of entertaining the writ of Habeas Corpus does not arise. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
