THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 3793 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 5 in registering the complaint of the petitioner, dated 30.12.2016.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submits that a reading of the complaint discloses that the complaint relates to the filing of false affidavits in connection with judicial proceedings and the petitioner can redress her grievance in a competent Court of law.

In view of the above, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate legal proceedings in accordance with law. The writ petition is accordingly closed.
