This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/ accused, to modify the order dated 19.04.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.559 of 2018 in Criminal Appeal No.352 of 2018 in C.C.No.315 of 2017, passed by the I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad.

Heard both sides, elaborately.

The Crl.M.P. was filed under Section 389(1) Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/ accused to suspend the sentence of imprisonment passed by the XV Special Magistrate, Hyderabad, in C.C.No.315 of 2017 and the same was allowed by suspending the sentence during pendency of said appeal and also directed the petitioner/ accused to pay 10% of the fine amount, as the fine amount was huge. A perusal of the said order no way requires interference by this Court.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. 5.
