This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of Code of Civil Procedure, by the petitioner/ wife, seeking to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.573 of 2017 pending on the file of Judge, Additional Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and transfer the same to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Suryapet or to Family Court at Nalgonda, Nalgonda District. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ wife, learned counsel for the respondent/ husband and perused the record. 3.

In the course of submissions it is brought to the notice of this Court that the Family Court at Nalgonda is convenient to both parties.

Under these circumstances, the F.C.O.P.No.573 of 2017 pending on the file of Judge, Additional Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Family Court at Nalgonda, for disposal in accordance with law. 5.

Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
