...RESPONDENTS Petition under Section 528 OF BNSS praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the trial court to hear the case on day to day basis and fix specify period of time to disposed off the STC.Nl. NO. 7039 of 2022 re-numbered as CC.Nl. NO. 24 of 2025 before the XVlll Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, at Secunderabad with in a period of two months and consequently direct the Respondent No.2 to 4 i.e. Accused No.2 to 4 to deposit there original passport before the trail court as a security until disposal of the trial and also direct the Trial Court to dispose the application under Section 143-A of Nl Act. This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri. HIMANGINI SANGHI, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Sri. Jithender Rao Veeramalla, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No.S and of None appeared for the Respondent Nos.1 to 4.

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (fot short 'BNSS, 2023) seeking dispose of the STC NI.No.7039 of 2022 re-numbered as CC.NI. No.24 of 2025 on the file of the XVIII Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Secunderabad.

Heard Ms. Nabila Fatima, learned counsel representing Ms. Himangini Sanghi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.S-State . 3.
Having heard the learned counsel lor the petitioner and the fact that this Court has directed the trial Court to expedite adjudication of the connected matter of C.C.NI.No.25 of 2025 and it is pleaded that the C.C.NI.No.24 of 2025 is connected matter to the C.C.NI.No.2S of 2025, the trial Court is directed to prioritize the C.C.NI. No.24 of 2025 aTong with C.C.NI.No.2S of 2025 and adjudicate the matters simultaneously as expeditious as possible. 4.
With the above direction, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.
