This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the judgment dated 30.06.2008 passed in C.C.No.7 of 2002 on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Rayadurg.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case. He also filed a letter in the Registry to that effect. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
