ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This civil revision petition arises out of order dt.24.04.2018 in I.A. No.395 of 2018 in Arbitration O.P. No.623 of 2016 on the file of the X Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

After arguing the case, Mr. Bhajrang Singh Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the civil revision petition. The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
